Customer Coordinator at Halmstad Property AB

We are looking for a customer coordinator who wants to be part of our customer center where you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that our customers have a simple and clear way into HFAB both digitally and in personal meetings, as well as to manage their cases in an efficient and transparent manner. As a customer coordinator, you will handle all incoming cases regardless of the channel. You will become a key person for HFAB both externally and internally.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Guidance, case management, and feedback in the channels that the company offers to customers
  • Handling incoming fault reports
  • Receiving and administering questions related to internal maintenance
  • Other administration for the unit/department

Attributes and Qualifications

To thrive as a Customer Coordinator, we see that you are used to meeting customers and working solution-oriented. You have previous experience in the service industry and are accustomed to interacting with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Since we handle fault and service reports, we prefer that you have an interest and understanding of property technical issues. Furthermore, we see that you are service-oriented and responsible. You are inspired, motivated, and driven to actively participate in the development of our role and function. You are a team player and have an easy time building good relationships.

You have relevant education in customer service, property management, or equivalent education/experience for the employer. You have good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite. Experience in improving systems and working methods within customer service is an advantage. You express yourself very well in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is a plus if you are proficient in English and have basic knowledge of the rental laws (Chapter 12 of the Land Code).

The position is a temporary contract from January to December 2026.
